  • Export of structured data (e.g., Excel or CSV formats) for internal business or analytical use

EximFetch does not provide financial advice, legal interpretation, or government-certified data verification.

3. Use of Service

3.1 Permitted Use

You may:

  • Access and use the Service for research, internal analysis, or integration purposes
  • Download or export data for non-commercial internal use

3.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or overload the system through automated scripts without authorization
  • Republish, sell, lease, or sublicense EximFetch outputs commercially
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary components of the system
  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

4. Important Disclaimers

4.1 Government Partnership Disclaimer

EximFetch is NOT an authorized partner, affiliate, or official representative of any government agency, including but not limited to ICEGATE, DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade), Indian Customs, or any other governmental or regulatory body.

4.2 Data Source and Collection Method

  • Public Data Source: All data provided by EximFetch is sourced from publicly available information and databases
  • No Web Scraping: EximFetch does NOT use web scraping techniques to collect data from government websites or portals
  • Legitimate Access: Data is obtained through legitimate and authorized means from public sources

4.3 Public Data Disclaimer

  • All data provided by EximFetch originates from publicly available government databases
  • EximFetch merely aggregates, formats, and standardizes this data
  • EximFetch does not alter or create new proprietary data
  • Data accuracy depends on the official source; EximFetch cannot guarantee its completeness or correctness
  • Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of data before relying on it for trade, compliance, or regulatory purposes

5. Access and Availability

  • EximFetch strives to maintain high system uptime but does not guarantee continuous or error-free operation
  • Scheduled maintenance, updates, or external API changes may temporarily affect availability
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature without prior notice

6. Fees, Payments, and No Refund Policy

6.1 Payments

If any portion of EximFetch's Service requires payment (such as premium data exports or API access), users must pay the applicable fees as stated on the pricing page or in any relevant agreement.

6.2 No Refund Policy

All payments made to EximFetch are final and non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Subscription fees
  • One-time data extraction or export fees
  • API access fees

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including:

  • User cancellation
  • Partial use of service
  • Data availability changes due to external source updates
  • Performance or compatibility issues beyond EximFetch's control

Please review service features and compatibility before making any payments.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The underlying software, scripts, data structures, and presentation formats developed by EximFetch are our intellectual property
  • You may not copy, modify, or redistribute these materials without explicit written permission
  • However, processed public data remains in the public domain and may be used freely, subject to original government source terms

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

EximFetch is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from use of the Service or reliance on its data.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Data inaccuracies or incompleteness
  • Service interruptions
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Technical errors, delays, or API failures

You use EximFetch at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EximFetch, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
